Additional Fees: $150 cleaning fee + $200 fully refundable security deposit.
*Optional: $25 per pet/per night, $450 for parties or gatherings of 20-50 people.

Reservations: 50% of fees are required to hold a reservation. The balance of fees are due 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation policy: 50% of base rent will be retained if reservation is cancelled or changed less than 21 days prior to the check-in date. 100% of base rent will be retained if reservation is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the check-in date.
